THE ONE CHALLENGE:
4. „The Long Walk“: I will take part in one of the hardest ultramarathons in desert: 5 days and 250 km at 40 degrees during the day and 5 degrees during the night. The athletes are responsible for their “survival kit” and only water will be provided.

4. „The Long Walk“: Chris bestreitet einen der härtesten Ultra-Läufen auf der Welt. 5 Tage, 250 KM bei 40 Grad am Tag und 5 Grad in der Nacht. Überlebensausrüstung tragen die Läufer mit sich. Nur das Wasser wird gestellt.
